The check-in process was prompt and efficient.
My experience at Hotel Europa was marred by several disappointments. I anticipated utilizing the pool and bar, but both were inaccessible during my stay, which was frustrating. Additionally, the regular rooms lacked a mini-bar, leaving me without a place to store refreshments, which became an inconvenience throughout my visit.

Staff were incredibly helpful, arranging taxis and confirming fares! Breakfast had delightful options with fresh fruit and cooked dishes!

Central Location with Comfy Rooms
I had a pleasant three-night stay at this hotel, which offered spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a nice lobby decor featuring a water fountain. The dining options were decent, with a breakfast buffet providing scrambled eggs cooked to order and a selection of fresh fruits. However, the restaurant could use improvements in both menu variety and pricing, which felt a bit overpriced for the quality.

I stayed in the Executive King Room, and it was super spacious with a comfy bed. Loved that it had a desk, which came in handy for planning my day. The decor was nice, especially the water fountain in the lobby. The fresh fruits at breakfast were a nice touch, but I was bummed the pool was closed for cleaning on Mondays. Overall, great vibe, just felt a bit dated in some areas.
